Mr. Ghassan Ajam holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Electronic and Computer Architecture from the California State University in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Engineers Syndicate in Tripoli, Lebanon, and a member of ETA Kappa NU Association (Electrical Engineering Honors Society).
Mr. Ajam has nearly 30 years of experience in the pipe manufacturing industry and began his career with the Amiantit Fiberglass Company in Saudi Arabia where he held several leadership positions including General Manager of Operations.
He joined Future Pipe Industries in 1993 as General Manager of Operations for Lebanon and has since occupied several leadership positions. In his current role as Director of Central Procurement & Costing, Mr. Ajam oversees the Group’s central purchasing function which, in addition to raw materials, focuses on purchasing all bulk and major consumables on behalf of the Group. Mr. Ajam is also responsible for the Company’s Know How Management and Operational Auditing functions.
