Our Global Manufacturing Division (GMO) strives to implement world class manufacturing standards by being able to service customers from multiple locations, and seeking to ensure that the best products are produced and delivered on time. The division is also focused on developing additional production capacity by building new factories and deploying new machines to service existing markets and expand into new ones.
Our Sales & Marketing Division (S&M) operates centrally from our headquarters in Dubai. We market our products primarily by meeting directly with end-users of our pipe systems to present the advantages of fiberglass to those who continue to use more traditional pipe systems and to suggest additional applications for our products to those who already use fiberglass.
We sell our pipe systems primarily through our internal sales force which, due to the technical and specialised nature of our business, has a detailed knowledge of our products and our customers’ needs.

The goal of our Supply Chain Management Division (SCM) is to ensure that the right pipe systems are delivered, on time and at the right price. The division is responsible for allocating sales demand amongst the Future Pipe factories, controlling sales contracts, managing projects and capacity, and overseeing that pipe system selection is in accordance with customer specifications and the rules of international standard-setting bodies.
In addition, the SCM Division manages customer relations, handling customer complaints and providing feedback to the company on the perceived levels of customer satisfaction.
As the industry leader in the large diameter fiberglass pipe systems market, Future Pipe Industries continues to set new quality and manufacturing standards by developing accredited and certified pipe systems.
Our Technology & Engineering Developments Division (TED) conducts our vital research and development. The division is responsible for designing, testing and documenting new and existing products and materials, enhancing existing machines, designing, procuring and commissioning new machines and auditing our technical know-how.
