FPI and JGC Corporation recently ran a “Quality Culture Cultivation Workshop” with our Abu Dhabi team. FPI was delighted to work with one of our largest EPC’s, JGC Corporation, Japan to deliver the workshop and ensure we all keep up to date with the latest best practice on how we manage quality. 35 FPI employees attended the event which was run at the plant. The team were from across different departments and covered two main areas, KLEPPA Practice (Knowledge, Love, Enjoy, Pride, Practice, Accomplishment) and KIZUKI (a practice for Visual Inspection) using it as a proactive improvement tool for quality.
At the end of the workshop, attendees set out an Action Plan and Goals. We look forward to the ongoing benefits the workshop will deliver and the sharing of best practices across other plants.
