Fibermar™ piping is Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipe specifically developed for marine applications. The design of this economical pipe system is in accordance with IMO resolution A.753 (18), the Guideline for the Application of Plastic Pipes on Ships.
Pipe system applications onboard ships include: inert gas line and effluent, sea water bilge and ballast systems, sea water cooling systems, tank cleaning systems, fresh water and condensate return lines, sanitary drains, air and sounding lines, sprinkler and fire main systems, cargo lines, crude oil washing lines, cargo vent lines, hydraulic oil, fuel oil transfer lines and brine.
Fibermar™ systems are available in diameters up to 1600 mm. These systems can withstand internal pressure of up to 16 barg. and external pressure of 20, 30, 40 or 50 meters of water column. The maximum service temperature is 95°C.

Fibermar™ pipe systems are manufactured by winding glass fibers, saturated with specialized epoxy resin, onto a smooth, rotating mandrel.
- Highly chemically-resistant
- Strong mechanical properties
- Designed to last the lifetime of a ship - reducing replacement costs and extra dry dock time
