    Yellow Box
    • Applications

Yellow Box ® fiberglass line pipe and fittings are designed for medium to high pressure oilfield and industrial service where operating conditions include exposure to corrosive or otherwise chemically aggressive fluids or gases.

The pipe can withstand a continuous operating temperature range from -61°C to 100°C. Yellow Box ® is used primarily for straight line pipes. Typical uses include salt water injection, water flood lines, medium to high pressure transmission lines, CO2 injection and recovery lines and oil & gas flowlines.

      Manufacturing Process

Yellow Box ® line pipe is a machine-made composite material produced by filament winding high strength continuous glassfiber filaments with corrosion resistant epoxy resin. Yellow Box ® line pipe is manufactured in substantially the same way that Red Box ® is manufactured.

In addition, the epoxy resin used in fabricating Yellow Box ® is an amine, heat cured system that we believe results in the strongest, most thermal resistant and anti-corrosive of all commercially available resin systems used in the fabrication of fiberglass piping.

    • Product Range

Yellow Box ® line pipe ranges from 60 mm to 450 mm in diameter and can withstand operating pressures from 32 to 235 barg.
