Future pipe manufactures a complete range of filament wound Vinyl ester based Fiberglass pipe for the chemical process industry. Pipe and fittings are available in sizes from 1"(25mm) up to 24 in class 150 psi and class 200 psi ratings. In many corrosive environments particularly strong acid and chlorine service, Vinyl ester resins offer superior chemical resistance to ordinary polyester resin or epoxy resins.
PRODUCT RANGE
- Standard grade Vinyl ester - suitable up to 180°F with 40 mil liner
- Premium grade Vinyl ester - suitable up to 220°F with 100 mil liner
- Bell / Spigot adhesive joints
- Plain ends for Butt-wrap (lamination) joints
- Complete range of filament wound fittings & flanges are available
Pipe are supplied in 10, 19.5 and 39 foot lengths.
